Our Story

Carter's Work & Western Wear is a part of RL Carter's LLC. RL Carter's also owns Carter's Trailer Sales & Carter's Mini Storage, located on the same location as Carter's Work & Western Wear. Carter's Trailer Sales & Carter's Mini Storage was opened in Fall of 1999. In 2009, Carter's Work & Western Wear was added to the Family! We now carry the largest selection of work and western apparel and footwear in Northeast Missouri. We're proud to offer the absolute best customer service and we can't wait to help you!

Shipping & Returns

We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns and exchanges. Please contact us via email at carterskvmo@gmail.com for a Return Authorization and shipping address. To qualify for returns or exchanges, merchandise must be in the original condition with original tags still attached. Footwear must be in unworn, unused condition with original tags still attached and in original box. No returns on clearance items. Sale merchandise returns are given as in-store credit.
