RETURN POLICY:
Merchandise must be accompanied by original receipt (if being shipped back, the order number must be in the box). Merchandise must be in unused condition with original tags still attached. Shoes and boots must be in their original box and show no signs of wear. NO returns on Clearance Items. Sale merchandise issued as exchange or in-store credit. No returns or exchanges without original receipt. One week return policy on jewelry and buckles. 30 (Thirty) day return policy on footwear and clothing. Refund will be the form and amount of original tender paid. Merchandise with gift receipt will be returned or exchanged as in-store credit only.
Returns can be brought in-store for returns or exchange, or shipped back to us at the following address. Carter's Work & Western Wear does not provide any return shipping labels.
